We are delighted to welcome you as our valued guests. To ensure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, we kindly ask that you take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:

General House Rules

Property Guidelines

  • We kindly request that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
  • For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed inside the building.
  • We kindly ask that parties and events receive prior approval from your host to ensure everyone's comfort.

Quiet Hours & Noise Policy

  • Please be considerate of our neighbors by maintaining quiet noise levels, particularly during late hours. We ask that you observe quiet hours between 11:30 PM and 5:30 AM.
  • Be mindful of noise levels, especially at night. If you plan to have visitors, please let us know in advance and keep the noise to a minimum.

Security & Safety

  • For everyone's security, please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
  • We kindly ask that security cameras remain operational for the safety of all guests.

Check-in & Check-out

Timing

  • Check-in time: 2:30 PM
  • Check-out time: 10:30 AM

We kindly ask that you respect these designated times to allow us to properly prepare for incoming guests.

Check-out Procedure

Before your departure, we would greatly appreciate if you could:

  • Ensure all lights and appliances are turned off.
  • Secure all windows and doors by locking them.
  • Kindly place used towels in the designated laundry basket.
  • Leave the rooms in a tidy condition.
  • Please dispose food scraps, parcels, diapers, sanitary pads etc. in the appropriate waste bins.

Housekeeping & Cleanliness

Standard Cleaning

  • We do a full cleaning after each guest has checked out.
  • Upon receiving your keys, we encourage you to take a quick look around and kindly inform us if anything requires attention - we will be happy to address it promptly.

Extended Stays

  • For extended stays, please note that as this is a private residence rather than a hotel, we typically do not provide interim cleaning services. Should you require additional cleaning, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange this service for an additional fee.
  • We are pleased to change bedsheets and towels weekly upon request. You are also welcome to use the washing machine at your convenience.
  • The laundry area is located down the stairs. Please contact us if you need instructions.

Waste Management

  • We kindly ask that you separate recyclables and place waste in the appropriate bins. Detailed sorting instructions are conveniently provided in the kitchen.
  • You will find large waste bins in the mini kitchen.
  • Please place food scraps and biodegradable items in the green box.
  • Kindly dispose plastic, metal, and other non-biodegradable items in the blue box.
  • Small waste bins are provided in all bedrooms for your convenience. Please use these to maintain cleanliness.
  • Please use the bedroom waste bins for used diapers and sanitary pads.
  • We kindly ask that diapers and sanitary pads are not disposed in the toilet.

Amenities & Utilities

Hot Water System

  • All bathrooms are connected to solar water heaters. For hot water, turn the controller to the red marking for about 15-20 seconds.
  • There is an electric heater installed in the common bathroom on the ground floor. Please use it only in case of emergency and rainy season, if the solar water is not hot enough.

Air Conditioning

  • We encourage responsible use of the air conditioning. For optimal performance and environmental consideration, please set the temperature to 24-25 degrees Celsius and avoid settings below 22 degrees.
  • Please ensure doors and windows are closed when the AC is operating and kindly turn it off when leaving the room.
  • If you need help adjusting the temperature, please let us know.

Wi-Fi

Kitchen Facilities

  • Appliances: All kitchen appliances including microwave are available for your use. However, please clean them properly after use and keep them in their place.
  • Dishwashing: Please wash your dishes before checking out. Dish soap and sponges are placed under the sink.
  • Food storage: Please use the provided refrigerator, pantry space, and food storage containers. Remember to remove any perishable items before checking out.
  • Gas connection to stove is available with additional payment.

Property Facilities

Parking

  • Please park your vehicles inside the compound at night and close the gates.
  • Make sure you do not obstruct driveways or neighboring properties. If you have any parking issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Outdoor Spaces

  • Backyard/Balcony: You are welcome to enjoy our outdoor areas. Please be mindful of your surroundings and keep everything in place and avoid damage.
  • Grill Use: If you plan to use the grill, be sure to clean the floor and area after use.

Maintenance & Support

Property Maintenance

  • We do our best to keep the property in excellent condition. If you notice any problems or damage during your stay, please let us know immediately so that we can fix them quickly.
  • Accidental damage: If you accidentally cause any damage, please let us know immediately. We appreciate your honesty and we will take all necessary measures.
